They have a shuttle to and from the airport, an amazing restaurant, and great room service. It’s in a perfect location, walking distance to all the great spots in downtown boise and right next to the boise river walk. I will be recommending to friends and staying here for all future visits to boise.”

“The place looks like a dump that has been non-maintained for a long time. Carpets in the hallways were FILTHY and in DIRE need of replacement. The toilet seat was almost worn through and felt like it had dents in it. The shower curtain rod was mounted by screws in the drywall in places wherever the drywall was not worn out from previous screws being used. I will never stay there again. I was hesitant at first because the clerk asked me to write down my information from my credit card and driver...

“They messed up our reservation to start with and then were completely unapologetic about the wait and inconvenience when fixing it. The staff treated everyone like they were an inconvenience at least those at the front desk did. The fitted sheet would not stay on the bed, and when I told the front desk I’d like sheets that stayed on they sent someone to remake the bed with sheets that did the exact same thing. They also charge you extra to take your tray back after you order room service. The...

“Great hotel! Friendly staff. Didn’t get much of an orientation at check in at all but later on upon inquiry we did. Rooms are great! Ensure you know what side you want to face since outside our window was a brick wall with graffiti. We weren’t planning on spending much time in the room anyway so it was ok. Would come back to stay again!”
